Notwithstanding anything contained in the Terms and Conditions or this Disclaimer or elsewhere on the Website, any delivery times provided by PHOOLWOOL.com are estimates.
Note: This disclaimer forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and other policies etc. available on the Website of PHOOLWOOL.com and shall be read in conjunction.
Note: All deliveries shall be made by PHOOLWOOL.com in accordance with the applicable law.
For Fresh Flowers/ Express Deliveries (Same Day Delivery):
o Subject to Clause 1.2 below, PHOOLWOOL.com CANNOT commit any fixed/specific time for delivery as mentioned in Special Instructions or otherwise. Deliveries will be made between 9 am to 7 pm on the given date.
o Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, orders received on any day till 5 p.m. IST will be delivered on same day unless the delivery date is mentioned otherwise.
o The delivery shall be made at the address which are provided on the orders received by PHOOLWOOL.com and will NOT be redirected/ redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
o The above product will be delivered only in the cities/locations mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities.
o The delivery of the products/items ordered will be attempted only ONCE at the address as provided in the order received by PHOOLWOOL.com. In the event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery or refund will be made by PHOOLWOOL.com. The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events:
· Delivery not done due to wrong address.
· Recipient not available.
· Premises locked.
· Wrong/incorrect phone or mobile or extension number / not working / no reply or not connecting / not reachable.
· Recipient refused the products.
· Delivered the product at the Gate/Reception/Neighborhood.
o The flowers, cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location and will be hand delivered. PHOOLWOOL.com will not entertain any complaint for such items after 2 (two) days from the time of delivery.
o No Deliveries will be made on National Holidays. The delivery of the same would be done on the next working Day.
o The image displayed in indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
o PHOOLWOOL.com reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product.
o In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ natural calamity/ National Bandh/election dates/ curfews/traffic jams/festival times/regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order. PHOOLWOOL.com reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
o No instructions will be entertained for any request to change the date of delivery.
o Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested 1 working day prior of the delivery date.
o In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, the update will be available in the website and the same can be collected from the delivering outlet same day in the same city , details of which is available with our customer support numbers.
o Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.
o For non-perishable commodities, respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product.
o Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/ delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description shall be delivered. Conformance would be sought from the customer for the same through e-mail. However, if there is no response from the customer within 4 (four) hours, it shall be assumed that s/he has agreed to the delivery of the alternate product.
o Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be made up to 1 day prior to the delivery date. You can send cancellation request at support@Phoolwool.com.
o While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital etc.
Full address of the hotel.
Telephone number of the hotel.
Name of Tour company, if applicable.
Full address of the hospital.
Ward number or name.
Home address of recipient with phone number.
o Courier and express product cannot be delivered together at same time.
o If there is no one available at the shipping addresses (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
o If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception and the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.
o For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, PHOOLWOOL.com may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessibility of our delivery team to the recipient. However, PHOOLWOOL.com will ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible PHOOLWOOL.com shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail.
For Midnight Deliveries
· Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, delivery will be made between 11.30 pm to 12.15 am on mentioned / asked delivery date.
· The products ordered will be delivered only in the Express Cities.
· No instructions will be entertained for any request to change the date of delivery.
· The delivery of the products/items ordered will be attempted only ONCE at the address as provided in the order received by PHOOLWOOL.com. In the event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever not attributable to PHOOLWOOL.com, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery or refund will be made by PHOOLWOOL.com.
